Thursday 13th May 2021 marked the last game for our Year 11 football team, a friendly against our own Year 10 students.
Our Year 11 team has been very successful during their time at CGGS, the highlight undoubtedly being crowned double Merseyside champions in Year 9, the first time a Calday Grange Grammar School team has ever done that! They have been a fantastic group to coach, full of outstanding individual ability with a real togetherness and desire to succeed. We wish them all every success in their sporting futures.
CGGS would also like to express their thanks to Lee Robinson for the time and commitment he has put in, helping to develop the players over the last five years. His effort is very much appreciated by the players, parents and all the staff involved!
