Certificate Collection

Examination Certificates for Summer 2024

Uncollected certificates for the Summer 2024 examinations can be collected from our school reception.
We are open Monday – Friday, from 8:30am until 3:30pm. School will close for summer on Tuesday 22nd July, at 12:30pm.

Please email examresults@calday.co.uk to inform the Exams Office when you will be collecting your certificates, so they can have them ready for you.

If you are asking someone to collect on your behalf, please email examresults@calday.co.uk telling us who will be collecting before they arrive at school or provide them with a signed letter from yourself giving them your permission. We will keep that email or letter on file.

Examination Certificates for Summer 2025

The Exams Office will receive your official exam certificates from the Exam Boards around November/December time for the June 2025 exams.

The Exams Office will email and publish on the website/social media when they are ready for collection. This will be via your school email address. Your email address remains valid until 31st December 2025.

Collection Dates & Times

We strongly advise that you collect your certificates in person. If you wish to pay to have them sent recorded delivery, then instructions will be given at the time on how you can do this. We do not accept any responsibility for items posted out.

In line with JCQ Regulations any certificates that are not collected within a year of issue may be destroyed. In this instance you would then need to order certificates directly from the Examination Boards, there is a cost per certificate for this service.

It is important that you let us know if you have changed address since leaving school as we will be posting to the address we hold on file.  

Please note that the school is unable to accept responsibility for any certificates once they have entered the postal system.

If you have any questions please email examresults@calday.co.uk and we will respond as quickly as we can but note that the Exam Office will be closed for Christmas.

Please also note that your school Calday email address will not be accessible after 31^st December.
