Examination Certificates for Summer 2024
Your certificates will be available for collection from the school reception on the dates & times shown below.
Collection

| Tuesday 17th December | 1pm – 3pm |
| Wednesday 18th December | 1pm – 3pm |
If you are asking someone to collect on your behalf please email the examresults@calday.co.uk from your personal Calday email address telling us who will be collecting before they arrive at school or provide them with a signed letter from yourself giving them your permission. We will keep that email or letter on file.
If you are unable to collect on any of those dates, please contact the exams office by email examresults@calday.co.uk and we will arrange to let you have them at another time.
Postage

| Up to 31st January 2024 (Certificates will be posted in January) | Posted by ‘signed for’ method a £3.50 payment applies through Calday School Shop > Parents > School Shop >Resources. https://caldayshop.co.uk/collections/resources Certificates will be posted in late January/early February 2025. If you wish to use this method, please do this by 31st January 2025. |
| After 31st January 2025 | If a request for the above hasn’t been received, remaining certificates will be posted in the middle of February by 1st Class Post with a proof of posting record kept. |
It is important that you let us know if you have changed address since leaving school as we will be posting to the address we hold on file.
Please note that the school is unable to accept responsibility for any certificates once they have entered the postal system.
If you have any questions please email examresults@calday.co.uk and we will respond as quickly as we can but note that the Exam Office will be closed for Christmas from Friday 20th December until Monday 6th January 2025.
Please also note that your personal Calday email address will not be accessible after 31st December 2024.
